What to expect during your visit with Chest Pain complaint:

• Comprehensive Evaluation by Physician.  During this visit Physician will examine you fully;
• Electrocardiogram (ECG/EKG).  This is a routine office test where your heart performance will be recorded and interpreted by Physician.  Test is performed in the office;
• Echocardiogram.  Echocardiogram is an ultrasound imaging test performed by Ultrasound Technician and interpreted by Cardiologist.  Test will show recorded images of the heart.  Test is performed in the office;
• Event Monitor / Telemetry Monitor.  Physician might give you a Monitor that you will carry for couple days.  During that time all functions of your heart will be recorded and transmitted LIVE to our support center.  Clinical staff will watch your heart functions and alert our Cardiologist if there is an abnormality or dangerous situation.  Also, if you feel that something wrong, you can press button on the device to alert your doctor.  In summary, it's a unique LIVE technology which allows patient to connected to office 24 hours a day.  Normally, test will continue for 3 days.  Afterwords, device is returned to office.
