Safeguarding your health

We require that all patients wear a mask or face covering in our Patient Service Centers. When checking in, you'll be invited to use gloves and hand sanitizer. Staff will use a no-contact technique to take your temperature upon entry.  All staff wears protecting gear including masks, face shields, gloves, and medical gowns.

 

Frequent cleaning and UV lights sanitizing

Our offices have implemented more frequent cleaning, including sanitizing between each patient and daily deep cleaning. Also, we utilize UV light lamps to sanitize exam rooms / waiting areas during our operations.

What to expect at your appointment

•       You can book appointments now and safely come to the office for doctors visits and test;

•       We require that you please wear a mask or face covering in our Patient Service Centers (a bandana or handmade mask is acceptable);

•       We cannot accept patients in our Patient  Service Centers who are currently experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough) or have experienced COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please reschedule your appointment;

•       No-contact forehead temperatures may be taken upon entry;

Dr. Cynthia Harden holds Board Certifiication in Neurology, Epilepsy and Clinical Neurophysiology. Dr. Harden is highly respected and established member of the international Neurology community. In April 2016, Dr. Harden became a chair of the epilepsy section of the American Academy of Neurology. Prior to joining 14 Street Medical Arts, Dr. Harden was a Director of Epilepsy Services for the Mount Sinai Health System in New York City.

Dr. Steven Naymagon, MD is a Board Certified Gastroenterologist who is currently serving as Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at The Mount Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Naymagon joined state-of-the-art 14 Street Medical Arts Center to service patients of Lower East side of New York City. Dr. Naymagon specializes in successful treatment of a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions including abdominal pain, acid reflux, diarrhea, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, Celiac disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, colon cancer screening, and gastrointestinal endoscopy.

Dr. Shervin Najafi is well accomplished and highly educated Interventional  Pain Management and Rehabilitation doctor who is double Board Certified in Pain Medicine, as well as in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr Najafi treats patients with chronic back pain, muscle and joint pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, neck and shoulder pain perforing: Ultrasound guided injections; Nerve Blocks; Trigger Point Injections
